2. Protected Regulatory Disclosures & Boundaries (Ontario Compliance)

To ensure strict adherence to Ontario provincial frameworks, service regulations, and institutional rules:

No Licensed Architectural Services: Ina’s Studio Inc. is an independent planning studio and is not a licensed architectural firm. We do not provide regulated architectural services, structural engineering, or building code certifications. Our background in international architecture is strictly applied as a non-regulated skill set for spatial optimization, layout efficiency, and aesthetic styling.
Title Restriction Disclosure: Our business provides premium design and decor consulting services. Our practitioners do not claim, hold, or operate under the legally protected professional title of "Registered Interior Designer" in the province of Ontario.
Permits and Engineering: The Studio does not draft, approve, or sign off on structural blueprints, construction-ready technical drawings, or municipal building permits. Any structural modifications, engineered drawings, or building-permit applications required by a client fall entirely outside our digital scope and must be contracted independently to a licensed professional engineer, architect, or BCIN-qualified professional.

3. Operational Framework & Remote-Only Appointments

100% Virtual Operation: In compliance with municipal zoning frameworks and our digital-first business model, Ina’s Studio Inc. operates locally in Ottawa, Ontario, strictly as an online-only enterprise.
No In-Person Services: The Studio does not offer or conduct any in-person appointments, walk-ins, on-site evaluations, or physical consultations at either a commercial premises or within a client's private home or property. All project briefs, communications, meetings, and planning deliveries are executed entirely through remote, digital channels.
Premium Market Position: Our fee structure reflects a design-led, high-end premium positioning model tailored for high-value residential and commercial transformations. The Studio does not offer low-cost, budget, or discount-rate decoration services.

4. Intellectual Property & Digital Content Rights

Copyright Ownership: All proprietary materials displayed on this Website—including but not limited to project portfolios, digital layout configurations, before-and-after photo assets, original styling concepts, custom drawings, blog articles, and digital guides—are the exclusive property of Ina’s Studio Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
Limited Digital License: Users interacting with our social media funnels, newsletter distributions, or "Shop the Look" affiliate links are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to view and download materials for personal reference. 5. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Disclaimer

While we source recommendations with visual precision, we accept no responsibility or liability for manufacturing defects, shipping damages, delivery delays, or structural failures of items purchased from third-party vendors.
Execution Disclaimer: Ina’s Studio Inc. functions solely as a remote digital design and decor consultant, not as a general building contractor or local on-site supervisor. We are not liable for any physical construction errors, structural installation delays, or financial damages caused by independent trades, contractors, or assembly teams hired by the client to execute our digital recommendations.
Monetary Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Ina’s Studio Inc. for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of this Website or our online services shall never exceed the total dollar amount of professional consulting fees paid directly to the Studio for that specific scope of work.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, their interpretation, and any legal disputes or relationships arising between you and Ina’s Studio Inc. shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
