Thank you for choosing Ina’s Studio Inc. ("the Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). Because our services are delivered entirely via specialized digital channels and involve customized professional allocation, we maintain a clear framework for cancellations, modifications, and refunds.

By purchasing or scheduling any online service on inastudio.ca, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

1. 10-Day Statutory Cooling-Off Period (Ontario Compliance)

In strict compliance with the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, clients residing in Ontario maintain a legal right to cancel a service agreement and receive a full refund within ten (10) calendar days of the initial online booking date.

• The Custom Performance Exception: This statutory cooling-off period is instantly waived and ceases to apply the moment customized professional performance begins. If the Studio initiates custom project-specific research, visual layout mapping, or custom procurement sourcing for your project footprint within those 10 days, the fees become subject to the service-specific limitations outlined in Section 2 below.

2. Service-Specific Refund Parameters

A. Virtual Consultation - Residential & Virtual Consultation - Commercial

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: To receive a full refund, you must submit a cancellation or rescheduling request in writing at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled video appointment.

• Late Notice & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time slot, or failure to attend the virtual meeting link within 15 minutes of the start time (no-shows), are entirely non-refundable. This accounts for the dedicated professional hour blocked on our corporate calendar.

B. E-Design Services

• The Research & Mapping Boundary: E-Design packages represent highly customized, digital spatial allocation assets. Once payment is processed and you submit your initial project brief, measurements, or inspiration photos, our design-led execution team immediately begins billable project-specific research.

• Non-Refundability of Active Work: Once custom spatial layout mapping or digital visual planning has initiated, the E-Design package fee is 100% non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for changes of mind, altered project timelines, or personal design preference adjustments once digital assets are actively being drafted.

C. Custom Furniture & Decor Procurement

• Third-Party Affiliate Final Sale: Product curation, trade-supplier specification lists, and custom procurement tracking lists are managed through our professional designer affiliate networks.

• The Submission Cut-off: Once a curated material list, tailored decor piece, or custom furniture order is formally approved by you and submitted to our third-party vendors or affiliate trade suppliers, the transaction constitutes a final sale. The Studio cannot alter, cancel, return, or refund any items once submitted to external suppliers. All shipping damages, manufacturing defects, or logistical delays must be resolved directly with the specific third-party vendor under their respective corporate warranties.

3. Administrative Processing Rules

• Submission Method: All cancellation, modification, or refund requests must be formally submitted in writing to our administrative team via the official contact options visible on inastudio.ca. Verbal or social media requests will not be processed.

• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued strictly to the original payment channel used during checkout (credit card processing channel or original e-Interac transfer account). Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect in your financial records, depending on your banking institution's standard processing timelines.

4. Modifications to this Policy

The Studio reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time to align with updated digital service parameters or evolving regulatory frameworks in Ontario. Any updates take effect immediately upon being posted to this page.
