To ensure we nail your style, we’ll use our time together to dive deep into your goals and budget. With a complete breakdown of what to buy, where to get it, and how much it costs, you can execute your design step-by-step over time as your budget allows. Residential e-Design Package Includes: • Strategic Floor Planning: We develop functional layout options to maximize your space, ensuring every new piece fits your dimensions and lifestyle perfectly. • Curated Mood Board: A visual roadmap that captures the aesthetic direction, colors, and textures of your new design. • 3D Renders: High-quality visual representations that allow you to see exactly how the finished space will look before you make a single purchase. • Expert Shopping List: A detailed spreadsheet of every furniture piece, finish, and decor item we’ve sourced specifically for your budget. To begin, we just need a few details from you: • Room Measurements: Width, length, and ceiling height. • Dimensions of: windows (including sill height), doors, and openings. • Measurements for: casing, baseboards, and crown molding. • Locations of: vents, outlets, switches, and light boxes. • Current: wall colors and natural light exposure (N, S, E, W). • Inspiration links: Pinterest, Houzz, or a folder of images showing your style. • Budget: Your total investment goal for the room. Note: • Investment: Starting at $1,990 (+ HST); includes 2 full hours of consultation ($149/hr for additional hours) • Space: Rooms up to 160 sqft ($9.90/sqft for additional square footage) • Delivery: Once this service is complete, you can execute it yourself or ask about our Full-Service Interior Curation, where we buy and deliver all items directly to your home.
Cancellation Policy
We look forward to styling your space! Because our virtual sessions and digital packages involve dedicated time and custom research, we maintain the following cancellation frameworks: Virtual Consultations: You can cancel or reschedule your residential or commercial appointment up to 48 hours prior to your session for a full refund. E-Design Services: Because digital spatial mapping and project-specific research begin immediately upon receiving your brief, E-Design package fees are non-refundable once design work has initiated.
