Refund Policy
Effective Date: May 5, 2026
At Ina’s Studio Inc., we strive to provide exceptional interior decor and e-design services. Because our work involves custom professional consultations and personalized digital assets, we adhere to the following refund guidelines:
1. The 10-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, clients have the right to a full refund within 10 days of signing a contract or booking a service, provided that the professional work or consultation has not yet commenced.
2. Design Consultations

Cancellations: If you cancel your scheduled consultation at least 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.

Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.
3. E-Design & Professional Services
Once the technical design process, meetings, or project-specific research has begun, fees for rendered services are non-refundable. We dedicate significant time to creating custom strategies and layout visualizations; therefore, compensation is required for all work performed up to the point of cancellation.
4. Custom Furniture & Decor Procurement

Final Sale: All orders for custom-made furniture, tailored decor, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once the order is placed with our third-party vendors.

Damages: If an item arrives damaged from a supplier, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a claim for a replacement or repair through the vendor.
5. The 30-Day Delivery Rule
Per Ontario law, a refund may be requested if the contracted services or goods are not delivered within 30 days of the promised delivery date specified in your project agreement.
